7-Day Easy Returns (India Only)

Returns are applicable only for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
Returns are valid only for orders shipped within India.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return, customers must share clear images/videos of the damaged or defective product for verification.
Once the issue is verified, a replacement will be processed.
Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return/replacement.

If we receive a product that is different from the original item shipped, the return will be investigated.
This investigation process may take up to 2 official working weeks.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the investigation is completed, based on the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
